Creative Conflict – decreasing the costs and increasing creativity

Brush up on the conventional conflict needs to prevent, manage and solve conflicts. Then go deeper into using creative conflict to inspire innovative approaches to old problems, and to rise above old solutions. Research has shown that most brainstorming is no more effective than the same people generating ideas on their own. Learn to give very clear goals, and engage people so that you gain the diverse ideas you need for new solutions.
